Bath Bombs and Body Scrubs Workshop
Young people learned how to make their own bath bombs
Young Leaders Lou-Lou and Alyzea wanted to learn how to make natural body scrubs and bath bombs from scratch to raise their knowledge and awareness of self-care routines for both themselves and other young people in the Rosendale area.
With support from a company that makes their own self-care products they facilitated a 4 session workshop teaching young people to create their own bath bombs and body scrubs from natural ingredients. There were also taught key knowledge about packaging and branding, in case they wanted to start their own business.
Two of the participants of the workshop sessions have started that they want to start their own self-care business. Lou-Lou herself plans to run yet another project some time in the future, next time focusing on Photography and body positivity!
